How to Archive a Ticket.

To delete Tickets, follow these steps:

  1. First, access the service desk module on main navigation bar and click the section Ticket.

  2. Select the Ticket(s) you want to archive by clicking on the checkbox next to each one.

  3. Once you have selected the Ticket(s), an action bar will appear at bottom of table. Click on the "Archive" button.

  4. A delete confirmation screen will appear. Click on "Archive" to proceed with archiving the selected Ticket(s).

Congratulations! You have successfully archived the Ticket(s).

(Note: Ticket(s) can be restored from archive)
