To customize a report, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar and select "Reports."

Step 2: Access the reports drop-down and choose "Reports." Within the displayed screen, effortlessly switch between navigation tabs like "Tickets, projects, tasks."

Step 3: Open the specific report you wish to customize.

Step 4: In the upper-right corner of the opened report view, locate three icons. Switch between these icons and select the view that suits your needs.

Step 5: Find "Add fields" and click on it to incorporate additional fields into the report.

Step 6: Save, download, or share the customized report based on your preferences.

Congratulations! You have successfully customized a report to better suit your requirements.
