How to Add Activity or an Event to a Timesheet.

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar and select “Timesheet” under the Service Desk section.

Step 2: Select “Open” on the right-side screen that appears.

Step 3: Choose the desired month from the listed time periods.

Step 4: Click on the chosen time period to open a screen displaying worked hours, billable and non-billable entries, along with associated tickets.

Step 5: On the opened screen, locate and click on "Activity +".

Step 6: In the modal that appears:

  • Choose the activity type from the Activity type drop-down.

  • Select the customer associated with the activity from the Customer drop-down.

  • Enter the title for the activity in the respective field.

  • Pick the start date and end date using the date picker.

  • Decide on the billable status by activating the toggle button.

  • Enter a description of the activity in the provided description box.

Step 7: Click on “Save” to add the activity to the timesheet.

Congratulations! You have successfully added a new activity or event to your timesheet.
