How to View Submitted Timesheets

Step 1: Access your account and navigate to the designated "Timesheet" section.

Step 2: In the "Timesheet" section, find the list of submitted timesheets. Each timesheet will be accompanied by a status chip indicating whether it's "Approved," "Rejected," or "Submitted."

Step 3: Identify the desired timesheet and click on it to view the details.

Step 4: If the status chip shows "Approved," you can review the timesheet details and associated entries. No further action is needed.

Step 5: In the case of "Rejected" status, carefully review the feedback provided. Note the areas that need correction.

Step 6: Edit the timesheet to correct the mistakes. Once the necessary adjustments are made, resubmit the timesheet.

Step 7: If the status chip indicates "Submitted," it means the timesheet is awaiting approval. You can still review the details, but no editing is allowed at this stage.

Step 8: After reviewing or making corrections, navigate back to the main list of submitted timesheets.

Congratulations! You've successfully viewed and, if necessary, corrected a submitted timesheet. The clear status indicators help you understand the current state of each timesheet in the approval process.
