How to Approve a Timesheet.

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar and choose “Timesheet” under the Service Desk section and select "Approval" tab designed specifically for managers

Step 2: In the "Approval" tab, you'll find a list of submitted timesheets from your team members. Locate the desired resource whose timesheet you wish to review and approve.

Step 3: Click on the submitted timesheet to open the detailed view. Here, you'll see a summary of all time entries and associated tasks.

Step 4: Thoroughly verify each time entry to ensure accuracy. If everything checks out, proceed to the next step. If there are discrepancies, take note of the issues for communication with the resource.

Step 5: On the top right corner of the screen, you'll find two buttons: "Approve" and "Reject."

Step 6: If all time entries are verified and accurate, click the "Approve" button to confirm your approval of the submitted timesheet.

Step 7: In the case of any discrepancies or issues, click the "Reject" button. Provide specific feedback on the areas that need correction. This will notify the resource to make necessary adjustments.

Step 8: After approving or rejecting, you can navigate back to the main approval list to review and manage other submitted timesheets.

Congratulations! You've successfully managed the approval of a submitted timesheet. Your feedback ensures accurate and reliable records for your team.
