Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar and choose “Timesheet” under the Service Desk section.
Step 2: Select “Open” on the right-side screen that appears.
Step 3: Choose the desired month from the listed time periods.
Step 4: Click on the chosen time period to open a new screen displaying worked hours,
billable and non-billable, along with associated tickets.
Step 5: For a detailed view of time entries, click on a specific ticket.
Step 6: After confirming all entries, click “Submit” to complete the timesheet submission.
Congratulations! Your timesheet has been successfully submitted.
