  1. Begin by accessing the side menu and select "Service Desk." Within the Service Desk section, locate and click on "Projects."

  2. Here, you'll see a list of projects. Choose the specific project you want to manage or add details to.

  3. Inside the project details screen, you'll find the status chip in the upper left corner. Click on it to modify the project's status as needed.

  4. On the right side of the priority chip, there's a " +" icon. Click on the "+" to add assignees to the project.

  5. You can access "Customer details," "Project Details," and "Attachments" on the left side of the project screen.

  6. To the right side of the screen, you'll see a graph that represents the overall progress of the project. Insights regarding "completed milestones" and "completed tasks" can be found below the graph.

  7. You can also incorporate "Billing details" for your project by clicking on the "Billing Details" button.

  8. Additional project details can be added by clicking on the "Additional Project Details" button.

  9. The progress of each milestone is displayed in a progress bar associated with each milestone.

  10. If you wish to create a template from the project, click on the "Save as template" button located to the left of the "close project" button.

  11. The project timeline can be accessed by clicking on the "Log" button to the left of the "Save as template" button.

  12. After all tasks have been completed and all milestones achieved, the "Close Project" button will become active. Click on it to close the project.

That's it! You have now effectively managed and added details to your project.
