How to get the details of failed rules of a projects

To view the details of failed rules of a project:

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar of the service desk and choose "Quality Assurance".

Step 2: Locate drop down and choose "type: project".

Step 3: There will be a bar graph where we can get the number of total failed rules.

Step 4: In the bottom of the screen we can see each project and their status

Step 5: To view the rules failed for which a specific project , click on the "Failed" button.

Step 6: Additionally, you can click on the project ID to directly access the project itself.

By following these steps, you will be able to retrieve the details of rules failed for projects and review the corresponding rules. If necessary, you can edit or correct any errors in order to mark the project as "Passed".
