How to get the details of failed Tickets and the rules for which the ticket failed.
To view the details of failed Tickets and the rules for which the ticket failed, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar of the service desk and choose "Quality Assurance Board".
Step 2: Locate “Total Tickets” in the sections “Assigned” and “Closed” under the “Tickets” tab.
Step 3: click on the sub-section “Failed”.
Step 4: A new screen titled "Failed Tickets" will appear, displaying the list of tickets that have failed.
Step 5: To view the rules for which a specific ticket failed, click on the "Failed" button.
Step 6: Additionally, you can click on the ticket ID to directly access the ticket itself.
By following these steps, you will be able to retrieve the details of failed tickets and review the corresponding rules. If necessary, you can edit or correct any errors in order to mark the ticket as "Passed".
