How to get customer feedback for tickets closed by a resource.

To get customer feedback for tickets closed by a resource, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar of the service desk and choose "Quality Assurance Board".

Step 2: On the screen, we can obtain the total count of customer feedback, along with the individual count for each feedback directly within the screen.

Step 3: You can view feedback given by the customer with Awesome, Good, Satisfied, Need to improve and Disappointed status.

Step 4: Clicking on each feedback allows us to know about the ticket associated with each feedback.

By following these steps, you can easily access and review customer feedback for tickets that have been closed by that resource.
