How to view details on the Quality Assurance Board of a Resource.

Super admins and admins will be having privileges to view Quality Assurance details for other resources.

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar of the service desk and choose "Quality Assurance Board".

Step 2: On the screen that opens to the right, Locate the “Resource” button and click on it.

Step 3: From the list, choose the desired resource for whom you wish to view the details, and click on "Apply".

Now they will be able to see all the relevant information about that specific resource in the dedicated sections displayed on the Quality Assurance Board.
