How to view the Time entry & Billable time.
To view the time entry & Billable time, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar of the service desk and choose "Timesheets".
Step 2: To view tickets of a particular time period choose the suitable time period from the provided drop box.
Step 3: By clicking the time period we can see the total tickets done in that time period with ticket ID with full time entries of that time period.
Step 4: Choose any ticket ID and a new modal pop ups with option of adding new time entry with billable status.
That’s it; what you have on the screen is the “Time Entry” and “Billable Time”.
