How to get users acknowledgment status for announcement.
To get users acknowledgment status for announcement, follow the steps:
Go to the side navigation bar and select “Announcement” from customer module.
The screen to the right displaying all the announcement. Open the specific message you want to view.
On the next screen, you will see the announcement list, by clicking it a side-drawer will appear from, right with “Message Details”, “Users”, and “Acknowledgement”. Click on the “Users” tab.
On the window that opens, click on the drop-down of the customer list.
You can view users and the status of their acknowledgment to the broadcast message.
