Navigate to the side navigation bar and locate the "Service Desk" drop-down menu.

Within the drop-down options, select "Announcement."

On the right side of the screen, you will find a list of all the Announcements. To view a specific message or Announcement, simply click on the desired item.

Once you have clicked on the Announcement, you will notice a side drawer to the right of the screen with "Message Details" and Users who have "acknowledged", "Not responded" or "Ignored" the Announcement.
