How to view Announcement.
To view announcement please follow the steps outlined below:
Go to the side navigation bar and select “Announcement” from Service Desk module.
The screen to the right displaying all the announcement. Open the specific message you want to view.
On the next screen, you will see side-drawer coming from right - “Message Details” and “Users"
To view the list of users who have been added to the announcement, it will be displayed in the hover.
How to search for a Announcement.
To locate a announcement, please adhere to the following instructions:
First, navigate to the side menu and select "Announcement."

Look for the search bar at the top of the window, type in the name of the message you're seeking, then hit "Enter."
The outcomes of the search will show on the screen, displaying messages with matching titles. Choose the one you were seeking.

How to Filter announcement by customers.
To filter announcement by customers, follow these steps:
Go to the side menu and choose "Announcement."
In the window that pops up on the left, find the tab "customer" option and click on the dropdown menu.
Choose the customer you want to filter by.
The messages will appear filtered according to your selected customer.
You have now successfully filtered broadcast messages by customer.
How to Filter announcement by the site.
To filter announcement by site, follow these steps:
Go to the side menu and choose "Announcement."
In the window that on the left, find the tab "site" option and click on the dropdown menu.
Choose the site you want to filter by.
The messages will appear filtered according to your selected site.
(note:- you can only use site filter if customer is selected)
