How to update the Security settings of a user.
To update the security settings of a user, follow these steps:
Access the side navigation bar and select "Users" from customer module.
Identify and select the user for whom you wish to manage security settings.
Scroll to the "Settings" tab on the right-hand window and click on it.
In the right-hand of security window, you can send mail to reset user's password by the "Reset password" butto.
Below the password reset, you will find option to "Unlock Account". Use the toggle buttons to unlock a locked account, if account is locked.
