How to search notes added for a user.
To locate a user's notes, please follow the steps below:
Access the side navigation bar and select "Users" from customers.
Choose the specific user you are searching for notes from.
Locate the "Notes" tab and select it.
Click the search bar at the top right corner of the window.
Enter the name of the note you are looking for, then hit enter.
The search results will be displayed on your screen.
