How to view and update mandatory details of users.
To view or update user details, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the side menu and select "Users".
Select the user whose details you wish to view or update.
On the new screen that appears, you will find the user's details.
Update user profile info details as required using edit button, and click on the Save icon to save your changes.
Update additional user details on clicks and save the info after updating required ones.

To fill in user details, follow the instructions:
Email:The email address of the user, which will not be editable
First name: The first name of user
Last name: The last name of user
Phone Number: The phone number of the user.
User Type: The drop-down list, select the type of user. User will be privileged user or normal user
Additional user details are follows,
Customer: The name of the customer with which the user is associated, which will not be editable
Site: The site where the user is working.
Designation: Update the user's designation or job title.
Department: Update the department to which the user belongs.
Country: Select the user's country from the drop-down list.
State/Province: Select the user's state/province from the drop-down list.
City: Select the user's city from the drop-down list.
Street: Update the street name where the user resides.
Zip Code: Update the zip code of the user's location.
Office Phone: Update the user's office phone number.
