How to search for a specific user.

You can use the search function. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. First, navigate to the customer module and click on the "Users" section.

  2. On the window that opens to the right, look for the search bar labeled as "Search" include a magnifying glass icon.

  3. Click inside the search bar and type in the name of the User that you want to find. You can enter either the full or partial name of the user minimum of three letters.

  4. Press the "Enter" key to initiate the search.

  5. The system will search through the user records and display any matching results on the screen. Depending on the system, you may see a list of matching users or be taken directly to the user record that matches your search criteria if only one result.

By following these steps, you can quickly and easily find the user you are looking for and manage their information as needed.
