How to Delete a Note or multiple Notes for a customer.

To delete Note(s) for a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the side navigation bar and choose "Customers" from customers.

  2. Select the particular customer you wish to delete the note(s).

  3. Find the "Notes" tab and click on it.

  4. To find the Note(s) you want to delete, either use the search button located in the upper-right corner of the window or manually scroll through the list.

  5. Select the Note you want to remove, On the side-drawer that appears locate "Delete" icon. Click on it.

  6. A delete confirmation screen will appear. Click on "Delete" to proceed with deleting the selected Note(s).

You have successfully removed the Note(s).
