How to add notes for a customer.

To add a new note for a customer, follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the side navigation bar and choose "Customers" from customers.

  2. Select the particular customer you wish to add a note.

  3. Locate the "Notes" tab and click on it.

  4. Look for the "Note +" button at the top right corner of the window and click on it.

  5. Fill in the fields “Title” and “Notes” of the Note respectively with title of note in “Title” field and Notes or description in “Notes” fields in the New Note window.

  6. Click "Create" to save the new Note.

By completing these steps, you will have successfully added a new note for the customer.
