How to make a customer Active/Inactive.

To make customers active or inactive, admins can follow the steps below to make the necessary changes:

Step 1) Go to the side navigation bar and select "Customers" from customers.

Step 2) Click on the customer you want to modify on the window that appears on the right.

Step 3)A screen will get opened with that customer details

Step 4) Look for the "Active" toggle button located on the window

Step 5) To change the status of the customer, switch the active button ON/OFF. If the toggle button is in an enabled state, the customer will be active, and if in a disabled state, the customer will be in an inactive state
