The Customer hub is a centralised and efficient feature that allows resources to easily access each customer's data across various sections such as Tickets, Projects and announcements.

How to manage data from Customer hub.

To effectively manage and access the customer hub, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Step 1) Navigate to the side panel and choose "Customers" section from customers module.

Step 2) Choose the specific section you want to access information on from the options available in the drop-down menu of that customer name.

Step 3) Once you've selected the "service desk" option from the drop-down, you can choose "Tickets", "Projects", and "Announcements" to view the relevant information of that particular customer.

Resources can filter Tickets and Projects according to its “status” and "priority" inside the customer hub.

There’s also a “List view” & “Board view”, resource can choose between the two to select their desired view.

Note:- On first phase we are focusing on ticketing module and in upcoming phases other module sections will be adding to customer hub.
