How to Search for Customer
User can use the search function. Here are the steps to follow:
First, access the customer module on main navigation bar and click the section customers from customers.
On the window that opens to the right, look for the search bar labeled as "Search" and include a magnifying glass icon.
Click inside the search bar and type in the name of the customer that you want to find. You can enter either the full or partial name of the customer, minimum 3 letters of the customer name.
Press the "Enter" key to initiate the search.
The system will search through the customer records and display any matching results on the screen. Depending on the system, you may see a list of matching customers or be taken directly to the customer record that matches your search criteria.
By following these steps, you can quickly and easily find the customer you are looking for and manage their information as needed.
