Open the mapped user ticket and click the Remote Control button.
A side drawer will appear, showing the device mapped to the user. Click the eye icon on the right to view device details.
You’ll be redirected to Datto RMM. Sign in with your Datto RMM credentials.
If you’re already signed in, you’ll be redirected directly to the device page in Datto RMM.
