Open the mapped user ticket and click the Remote Control button.
A side drawer will appear, showing the device mapped to the user. Select the required device and click Connect.
You’ll be redirected to Datto RMM. Sign in with your Datto RMM credentials to establish the remote session. If you’re already signed in, you’ll be redirected directly to the device remote control session.
Once connected, you can take remote control of the device directly from the ticket.
