Single Sign-On (SSO) allows MSPs to securely access DeskDay using their existing identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. With SSO enabled, your MSP techs and other team members can sign in to the DeskDay portal without managing separate DeskDay passwords.

How to Set Up SSO in DeskDay

  1. Go to Customers on the left navigation

  2. Select Customers

  3. Choose your MSP company

  4. Click SSO

  5. Click Add new +

  6. Follow the SSO configuration steps

Refer to the following article for detailed SSO configuration steps:

Provisioning and Access

Before signing in using SSO:

  • The account must be added to DeskDay as a resource

  • The email domain must match the configured SSO domain

Techs who are not added under Resources will not be able to log in, even if SSO is enabled.
